Masterclass with Kathryn Temple: Writing for Grown-Ups: Managing Complex Writing Projects
Wednesday, March 16, 2016 11:00 - 12:30
This workshop, designed for graduate students and faculty working with graduate students, helps writers develop a coherent and workable process that can make writing the thesis or dissertation manageable, even pleasurable. Do you sometimes dread working on your project? Do you find yourself struggling to get organized, generate original ideas, and produce text that properly reflects your intellectual development and interests? Learn how managing your process can reduce anxiety, increase productivity, and improve the quality of your work.
Places are limited. For further information, and to register and reserve a place, please email Clara Tuite by Friday March 11. Pre-set reading will be circulated via email upon registration.
Associate Professor Temple is a guest of the ARC Centre of Excellence for the History of the Emotions. The Masterclass is hosted by the English and Theatre Studies program.
