The Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation received funding from Emergency Management Australia to produce a booklet aimed at assisting people to prepare for and protect their precious possessions in the event of bushfires. This booklet is a free public resource, available to download.

This catalogue documents the exhibition held at The Capital Museum, Beijing in 2010 and at Melbourne Museum in 2011. It is in in English and Chinese with extensive illustrations and with catalogue essays by Professor Marcia Langton.

The exhibition Trepang: China and The Story of Macassan-Aboriginal Trade represents the artistic and social evidence of the period of Aboriginal and Asian contact that centred on the trepang trade from the early 18th century to the early 20th century. This exhibition catalogue, in English and Chinese, is extensively illustrated and includes catalogue essays by Professor Marcia Langton. Contributions to the Symposium on the Care and Conservation of Middle Eastern ManuscriptsIn November 2007 after much planning, The Grimwade Centre for Cultural Materials Conservation was delighted to host the Middle Eastern Manuscripts Symposium. The aim of the symposium was to bring together experts from around the globe to share research and knowledge and discuss issues in relation to the cultural sensitivities, conservation, care and housing of Middle Eastern manuscript collections. The University of Melbourne's collection of Middle Eastern Manuscripts contains approximately 200 items dating from the 14th to 19th centuries. Various cultures including Arabic, Persian, Syriac and Turkish are represented in this outstanding collection of significant cultural and historical value.
