Restoring Rare Map

Over 350 years ago, Dutch traders produced the first large-scale map of Australia, now painstakingly restored. The first large-scale map of the land that would come to be known as Australia, it is one of the rarest in the world. Four copies are known to exist, and the National Library of Australia acquired one of them in 2013.
