Teaching spaces - ad hoc bookings
The Faculty of Arts has teaching spaces available for ad hoc bookings by its academic and professional staff and graduate students. It should be noted that the teaching timetable of our programs takes precedence over ad hoc bookings, but once these are accommodated, booking applications will be accepted for events such as guest lectures, conferences and symposia, student-run workshops and reading group meetings.
The application process is administered by each of the five academic Schools for staff and graduate students within their School.
If you are a staff member external to the Faculty of Arts please visit the Contact us web page.
AV/IT for all teaching spaces
Learning Spaces Support provide consultations for all teaching spaces (common spaces and Faculty spaces.) Hours are:

- 9am - 5pm Saturdays during semester
There is excellent information provided by Learning Space Support on using touch panels. To book a consultation in any teaching space, contact Learning Space Support. Training consultation sessions run for around 15 minutes.
To apply for the use of a teaching space:
Please complete the online booking form. To ensure we can accommodate your request with regard to organising Security and Access Control, please complete your application at least two weeks prior to your event.

After assessing your application, you will be notified of the outcome and the related requirements around access, security and cleaning.

The following rooms are booked via an alternative process to other Faculty of Arts spaces.
