Book Launch: My Wednesdays
Yasuko Hiraoka Myer (YHM) Room
Sidney Myer Asia Centre
We warmly welcome you to the launch of My Wednesdays, a book written by one of Melbourne’s most prolific Indian-origin entrepreneurs, Saurabh Mishra.
Being published by Wilkinson Publishing, the book is Saurabh's life story beautifully narrated through the prism of his unusual Wednesdays, taking in his extraordinary experiences as a volunteer in palliative care, an entrepreneur, a Hindustani classical musician and as a Kriya Yogi, all related with a good dose of self-deprecating humour.
The Australia India Institute is delighted to host this event in conjunction with TiE Melbourne and the Melbourne Hindustani Classical Music Society. The event will commence with a Hindustani classical music recital, followed by the formal book launch, an interactive author talk and book signing.

Mr Saurabh Mishra
Saurabh Mishra wears many identities with disarming ease a serial entrepreneur who has started, successfully grown, and sold three business ventures and is actively involved with yet more global business and also social ventures. A volunteer who has for over a decade, spent his Wednesdays giving company to people in palliative care as well as in long hours of silent meditation. An Indian classical vocalist, an engaging raconteur, a loving husband, caring father, son, brother and friend. And yet, underneath all that is a unifying whole an individual with a keen awareness of himself as an infinitesimal expression of the divine, blissful cosmic consciousness.
