Jennifer Milam has been successful in a Miegunyah application for Andrew O'Shaughnessy who will be visiting the university in the first half of 2019 to undertake collaborations with Jennifer Milam and Trevor Burnard. He will also be giving a public talk under the auspices of the School of Culture and Communications

Andrew O’Shaughnessy is Vice President of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation; The Saunders Director of the Robert H Smith International Centre for Jefferson Studies at Monticello; Professor of History

While he is here, his talk will be on "'The Illimitable Freedom of the Human Mind': Thomas Jefferson's Ideas of a University"
