Knowing Animals Reading Group - 30 May - Animals in Film - Screening and Discussion

The May session of the Knowing Animals Reading Group is scheduled for 30 May, 5.30-7pm, in the Linkway, L4, John Medley Building, Parkville Campus, University of Melbourne.
The focus on this Reading group is Animals in Film - and the session has been extended to allow time to screen a film.
The reading is Nenette: Film theory, animals and boredom by Barbara Creed in NECSUS, the European Journal of Media Studies, Spring 2013. The reading is available online here:
