Baikenu is the native language of the Oe-Cusse enclave. There are a number of regional dialects, among them Baikenu Passabe and Baikenu Pantemakassar. Passabe is located in the mountainous interior; Pantemakassar, located on the coast, is the enclave’s main urban centre.
Readers are available in Baikenu Pantemakassar and Baikenu Passabe, and as trilingual editions (Baikenu Pantemakassar, Tetun and Portuguese).
