Join us for the 2018 Digital Studio Internships Showcase and discover innovative digital projects being undertaken within the Faculty of Arts.

The Digital Studio’s Graduate Internships bring together graduate students, postdocs and academics from across the Faculty of Arts to work together on digital research projects. Creating an environment for the investigation and trialling of digital concepts and methodologies, the internships provide support to academics, as well as upskilling and mentoring an emerging community of digital humanists.

In 2018, our interns have tackled 10 diverse projects, ranging from structuring and visualising pre-modern Europe execution ballads, to data scraping and network analysis of social media content. The event will include short presentations about each project illustrating the possibilities of digital humanities and social science research. It is also an opportunity for academics and students who are interested in being involved in a 2019 internship to find out more about the program.

Support the work of our 2018 interns with celebratory wine and cheese.

Want to be involved in the 2019 Digital Studio internship program? Program details will be announced at the showcase.
