Keep it short, sharp and to the point: Working with text (Visualise Your Thesis)
Digital Workshop Room 308
Level 3, Digital Studio
West Wing of Arts West
(access via the rear lift)
The ability to present your research in a succinct, imaginative and accessible way is a vital skill for any researcher these days. Both within Academia and in the outside world if you can captivate an audience in a matter of minutes, half the battle is won. The ePoster is one such challenge.
This workshop will look at maximising the impact of your text in the very limited space that an ePoster allows. Bring pen and paper or laptop/smart phone for writing exercise purposes.
Presenter: Simon Clews.
Bookings essential, visit the Researcher@Library website to see all workshop descriptions and registration details.
Part of the workshop series to help you prepare your entry for the Visualise Your Thesis Competition.
