Project description

This ARC funded project seeks to create an accessible and interactive digital resource that visually maps the complex relations of governance between the Australian settler state and First Nations across time and space. The team created a map using leaflet that layered and contrasted geospatial data relating to changing governance structures and systems. Through this process the team hopes the map will function as an analytical tool to better understand Indigenous-state relations and will ultimately foreground the necessity of supporting First Nations governance initiatives.
