Suns of Mercury

I Am Ashé (live performance by Adrian Hearn and a team of Latin American artists) is 2019 Diversity Week's featured event. It is based on a short film by the same name and explores philosophies of nature by Professor Adrian Hearn.

The performance is a collaboration between the Suns of Mercury ensemble, music specialist and three time Grammy Award winner Daniel Jauregui, videographer Luis Gaitán, anthropologist Adrian Hearn, director Jaime Wilson, and Cuban dancers Adrian Medina and Heidy Batista.

This performance will take place as part of The University of Melbourne's Diversity Week and will be followed by a question and answer session with the performers.
