Quelque part en France - Les Australiens sur le front Ouest 1914-1918

A travelling exhibition developed in conjunction with the Musée de la Ville de Noumea, New Caledonia will open in Noumea on September 3, 2018.

The French Studies program is delighted to announce that following the success of the 2016 bilingual exhibition "Somewhere In France, Australians on the Western Front" which explored the lives of young Australians in France and Belgium during the First World War, a travelling exhibition developed in conjunction with the Musée de la Ville de Noumea, New Caledonia will open in Noumea on September 3, 2018.

This exhibition evolved from an innovative teaching and research project developed by the French Studies program and The University of Melbourne Archives with the support of the Collier Charitable fund.
