Arts Food

Professional and Academic staff from across the Faculty of Arts collaborated in 2020 to bring you Arts Food, an Orientation cookbook for you from us.

The recipes in Arts Food come from our homes to yours and represent the diversity of our community here in Arts. There are instructions for making small plates, main meals, and sweet treats from places all around the world including China, India, Germany, Canada, Australia, and beyond. We've also featured quotes from some of our amazing researchers who study the histories and meanings of food from different places and eras.

We hope you enjoy making some of these recipes - if you do, post a photo on social media and tag it #artsfood2020 so we can see what you've created! To access and download Arts Food, click on the cover below.
