Bachelor of Arts International Scholarships and Bursaries

Dates

If you wish to be considered for a scholarship or bursary at the Faculty of Arts you must submit an application to the Bachelor of Arts degree by the application closing date.

About this award

BA International Scholarships and Bursaries are awarded to a select group of high ranking international students in recognition of their excellent academic results. The scholarship is offered at each semester intake for applicants undertaking the Bachelor of Arts at the Faculty of Arts. The BA international scholarship is offered to applicants from India, Sri Lanka, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand only.

Benefits

The BA International scholarship provides fee remissions of 25% and 50% of tuition fees for the duration of your course. Bursaries are a total of $AUD5000.

Eligibility

You must apply by the published date and have receive an unconditional offer to the Bachelor of Arts at the Faculty of Arts to be considered for a scholarship and be a citizen of one of the above mentioned countries. Final results must be received by the published date.

Conditions

Selection is based on academic merit and scholarships are allocated on a competitive basis.

Outcome

Successful applicants will be notified with a scholarship letter of offer prior to the acceptance date of the Bachelor of Arts program.

Application process

Please note: You do not need to submit an application for this scholarship. Students who have received an unconditional offer for the Bachelor of Arts, will be automatically be considered for a BA International Scholarship or Bursary.
