Defamation Nation forum

The Centre for Advancing Journalism recently co-hosted a forum called Defamation Nation: Current Cases and the Reform Agenda, which brought prominent media lawyers and journalists together to discuss how several current defamation cases demonstrate the need for on-going reform of Australia’s media laws.

The forum comprised two panels.
